The meeting, which took place yesterday in Pomaia and thanks to Ven Roger finished with the meeting with Lama Zopa, and highlighted the project’s main stages of development from a detailed plan and the sequence of various stages of intervention with the costs. Virginia, a disciple of Lama Zopa, was asked to contribute at the planning level at Lama’s request. The architects have agreed to work by common agreement and, by defining the various areas of expertise, to draft the projects that will then be presented to Ven. Massimo and to the Sangha Board of Directors for the final decision.
“In the land of the future monastery live millions and millions of animals and other beings that we can not see. All of these will be benefited from the construction of a monastery, helping to create a monastery, and give monks and nuns the chance to study and practice Dharma, thus promoting the continuity of the Dharma teachings and the inner path, and the ability to free other sentient beings. Building a monastery is much more important than building the world’s largest company that will benefit only one life but with a monastery the benefits will be infinite for all future lives.”
In this way and with these words, Lama Zopa concluded the meeting bringing joy, peace, energy and light into our minds.
